Red Sea Diving College is a 5 star PADI centre with over 30 years experience and is located in the heart of Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh. Our aim is to provide the best possible diving experience whilst ensuring you get the most out of your Red Sea holiday.
Accommodation at the Cataract Layalina Hotel located next to the centre in Naama Bay, in the heart of Sharm el-Sheikh. It is a small, comfortable resort offering a swimming pool, private sandy beach, on-site restaurant and free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
All 98 rooms have satellite TV, telephone, dual block air-conditioning and a minibar.
For certified divers we offer daily boat trips to the most important dive sites in the National Park, such as the Straits of Tiran or Ras Mohamed. Each day we offer different sites to give the opportunity to explore the Sharm El Sheikh area.
The PADI Open Water course is designed for novices and is open to anyone over the age of 10 who can swim and float. At the end of this course you will be certified to dive to 18 metres anywhere in the world with another qualified diver.
The best way to get your PADI Open Water certification is to follow the online learning process, which allows you to learn at your own pace before you arrive, giving you more time to enjoy your holiday, whether it's relaxing or having fun diving after your certification.
PADI e-learning is theory completed at home and upon arrival at the centre you will complete the confined water exercises and open water dives in just 3 days. The e-learning is available in 18 languages and is valid for 12 months from the first login date.
It is important to complete a medical form to ensure that there are no contraindications to diving before booking.
